— For any on-site registration exception permitted and room
exists an  additional $200 on-site registration fee is required.

— The registration fee covers: Lodging/meals/handout/keynote address/tutorials/technical paper & poster sessions/discussion groups/special interest group meetings/a copy of the Final Workshop Report (mailed)

Lodging can only be provided to registered attendees of IIRW.  In accordance with housing rules, no guests of the attendees are allowed.
