IRW 2006 AV Instructions

 

 

At IIRW registration, two lines will be formed:

-         One line is for Attendees, ie NOT AN AUTHOR

-         Second Line is for AUTHORS ONLY.

 

 

In The Authors Only Line:

 

Platform Presenters MUST turn  in:

A)    Their POWERPOINT presentation, PROCEEDINGS hardcopy and softcopy (MS Word AND PDF) of their paper, and signed copyright and release forms.  PDF’s MUST follow guidelines in the Author instructions.

a.       The presentation must be labeled by session, ie IC-1, IC-2 etc.

b.      The presentation will be loaded at the registration desk.

c.       The presenters must bring the presentation on a memory stick.  CDR’s are not acceptable as CDR’s do not always work.   They may also e-mail their presentation ONE week prior to the conference to the AV chair.

 

Poster Presenters who PLAN to publish in the proceedings must turn in:

B)     PROCEEDINGS hardcopy and softcopy (MS Word AND PDF) of their paper, and signed copyright and release forms.  PDF’s MUST follow guidelines in the Author instructions. Softcopy must adhere to poster author page count guidelines.   Those who do not adhere to the guidelines will not be included in the final report.

 

Poster Presenters who DO NOT  PLAN to publish in the proceedings must turn in:

C)    A Signed sheet (Available at the desk) indicating they do not intend to publish their work in the IIRW final report.

 

 

Tutorial Presenters who PLAN to publish in the proceedings must turn in:

D)    Their POWERPOINT presentation, PROCEEDINGS hardcopy and softcopy (MS Word AND PDF) of their paper, and signed copyright and release forms.  PDF’s MUST follow guidelines in the Author instructions. Softcopy must adhere to poster author page count guidelines.   Those who do not adhere to the guidelines will not be included in the final report.
